1. Introduction

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription

2.1 Fee Changes

• P&P Infotech, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

2.3 Refund

• Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by P&P Infotech on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of P&P Infotech.

3. Use Obigations

3.1 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

• You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

4. Campaigns for WhatsApp and Telegram

4.1 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sending of messages via WhatsApp and Telegram. You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns do not violate the terms of service of WhatsApp and Telegram

4.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send using our Service. P&P Infotech does not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications sent via the Service. The Company shall not be held liable for any content transmitted through the Service, or any actions resulting from such content.
• 4.3 Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P&P Infotech and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the content you send, any violation of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws or regulations.
